I am advising libraries all over the UK, and I started using your
product about 2 years ago, in a library I reopened that closed in the
1990's. I have now taken over the running of three libraries in
Leiwsham (SE London) and now are advising libraries.
Our school will soon be upgrading to Windows 7 and our program cannot support that.
We need to import records from our old library catalogue system. We need the following capabilities: check in and check out of books,
inventory of collections, barcode scan of book labels and student ID cards, book reservation, print and email overdue notices,
easy cataloguing, importing, track books on loan, year end inventory, summaries (how many times a book was checked out).
Should run on Windows comptuers, We need the library system for about 10 schools, we do not want to pay more
than 700 per library.

We need to catalogue a small corporate library. It should run on the company server and be
accessed from the company ten workstations. The system should support our data fields. Customization is required.
Would like to import data from other library. I want to input the identification numbers that we are using in our
current book database.

Our Training center is looking for a small library catalog database solution.
Looking for an inexpensive catalog system. I would like to allow employees to check - in and check -
out books themselves. I would like to have a software system that supports the following: barcode printing,
barcode scanning, simple self-service check-in/check-out. We would also like to connect the software with our
active directory. Employees scan their id badge and then scan the book barcode to check-in or check- out a book.

We are in the process of cataloging data into excel for the various print pieces that we've produced
over the last 25 years. Initial estimate is 8,000 pieces. We plan to import this data and import it into a database,
and create a corporate library that users can use as resource to locate, review and check out/in the items for use.
We also want to be able to track all items. Your product seems appropriate for this use. We have two questions:
1) Is it possible to arrange an on-site (or online) demonstration of the product?
2) Could you refer us to any current users of this software, so we can talk about their
experience with the software?
We need library system with: cataloging, circulation, loan and return transactions, student records management,
inventory management, labels, barcoding
We have a small school library with about 1,000 books. We need a system to catalogue the books,

Collect fines for lost or damaged books.

Bar code scanning, MARC record import, Acquisitions, customizable data reporting, multiuser
sytem, Windows software.
We need library with circulation, cataloging, compatible with Windows 7.
There are a total of 5 high schools in our county (about 1500 items). I am looking for a reasonably
simple, intuitive system.
How to start library: library software tour
I manage a corporate library. The collection is currently managed using
an outdated version of Inmagic. I am interested in Handy Library because I want
an application that can run on our network so all my patrons can search the collection
from their own workstations.
What are the options for uploading our existing catalog into your windows software? Lynne P.
