How to start using Event/Class Registration Database Software for Windows?

1. Enter event data into Event/Course database.

• Load Event/Course database.
• Click New Record.
• Simply enter your data in the fields on the Details Page. EVENTCOURSE data field is required. You must enter unique value. No two events with the same name are allowed.
• The new record is saved automatically when you select another record , click on the Save Record or New Record button, or Exit from the program.
• Names of data fields explain what type of information you can enter.

2. Enter participants data into Participants database.

• Load Participants database.
• Click New Record.
• Simply enter your data in the fields on the Details Page. UNIQUENAME data field is required. You must enter unique participant name. No two participants with the same name are allowed.
• The new record is saved automatically when you select another record , click on the Save Record or New Record button, or Exit from the program.
• Names of data fields explain what type of information you can enter.

3. Enter event registration into Registrations database.

• Load Registrations database.
• Click New Record.
• Select event, select participant, enter payment details, click Save Record.

EventsCourses database / event summary page (displays: all spaces, registered spaces, cost, total paid, total due, ..)

Registrations database, print receipt/invoice, preview window.
